55 stalls on the property, including:
  • 12 stalls designated for Thoroughbred racehorses on full board — ideal for training, conditioning, developing young horses, and lay-ups.
  • 15-stall northeast block available for rent — perfect for an independent trainer or someone looking to contribute their expertise to a collaborative training environment.
  • 9-stall northwest barn for broodmares, accompanied by independent pasture separate from the main facilities.

Meet Angela Zbeetnoff
Angela has been immersed in the equestrian world since age 8, developing a unique training style guided by Olympic riders and experience at breeding operations. She's owned over 50 Thoroughbreds, including her heart horse Will He Crow, a Queen's Plate stallion.
Angela registered Art Under Saddle in 1998 when she began riding professionally as a contract rider, reflecting her belief that training horses is both a craft and an art form.
